Shipping and Returns
Delivery for items to the U.K is based on the weight and size of the item. Standard charge for any item under 10 Kilos is £10. A charge is made for delivery to the rest of the World (rate is calculated by the size of the package). You can choose to pay extra for delivery at certain times of the day ( UK delivery only), please email us to find out more. Orders placed before 2pm (weekdays) will be dispatched next day.
Auto Trade Styling Ltd can accept payment by either Debit/Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Order. To process your order we need certain contact details, these however are never disclosed to any third party. Prices and carriage where applicable will all be in £s Sterling .
Auto Trade Styling Ltd only accepts payments by phone or on-line. Please have your credit card details and the order number available when you call one of our ordering numbers:
On Receipt of your Order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the you, the customer, to inspect the goods whilst the driver is present and make him aware of the damage. All damaged parts have to be signed for damaged. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Auto Trade Styling Ltd will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
*PLEASE NOTE - Any damages that have occured during transport, have be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving them. If 72 hours passes, we are unable to claim for the insurance of the goods.
Incorrect Goods Received
When your order has been received, should you think you have received an incorrect item, due to it not matching the online image, or for another reason, we require photographic evidence to show us the problem. This is so we can liase with our warehouse, or supplier, and confirm where the problem has occured. We will then be able to correct the problem and offer a full refund, or a replacement part.
Responsibilty Of Purchase
All items sold by Auto Trade Styling Ltd are brand new, direct from the manufacturers. We do not sell any second hand parts or used parts. We will not take responsibilty for any change of mind on arrival of the goods.
Returns and Guarantee
There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns and there will be a £10.00 handling fee for exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging, for your protection make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please note, any orders that are cancelled for 'change of mind' purpose, or if the customer wants to return due to the item not being identical to our online images, the order has to be returned back to us in its original condition and the customer is responsible for any delivery return costs.
PLEASE NOTE * In cases of certain special orders, we cannot accept these parts back for return. All special orders are undertaken at the customers discression and cannot be accepted back for any reason, other than faults. All our body styling parts are special order only and fall under these terms.
All contracts herein and with effect of the company do not at any time affect your statutory consumer rights.
