SPECIFICATION -
This Beautiful Twin Loop Roll Bar is Immensely Strong and Superbly Designed & Engineered. Manufactured from mandrel bent Thick Wall T304 grade Stainless Steel Tubing & Fully TIG Welded.
Attaching the roll bar could not be easier as it simply fastens to the seatbelt mounting points using the existing bolts. No drilling is required. It really is as simple as undoing two bolts and tightening them back up.
Once Firmly bolted to the seat belt turrets, this roll bar brings noticeably more rigidity to the car - a taughtness which can be easily sensed in extreme manouevering. When it’s installed, the hood and hard top can be used as normal.
Fits mk1 (with or without the bracing bar) mk2 and mk2.5 (with or without the factory wind blocker/sound board). It is compatible with all hard and soft tops with either plastic or glass rear windows.
Please Note - This is NOT intended for use as a roll-over bar and is for looks only. It will contribute nothing to your safety in the event, perish the thought, of your car overturning.
